Honestly, you are going to have fair bit of problems finding an experience like you describe via an escort if you do not speak either english or spanish. (Only speaking english is hard enough).

I would think your best bet is perhaps to look through some of the girls that have their cell phones listed on a place like solo independientes (advertised here on the site) and call one that says she speaks german.
