What is the meaning of "gomas" as used here in the review of chicas? Even after looking at some lunfardo dictionaries I am very confused.

Gomas, tetas, lolas=tits, breasts, boobs

The word "Gomas" is a little bit harder than "lolas" o "tetas", I think.
